Dining at Hotel Edda Your holiday is always special when there is an excellent restaurant and Hotel Edda offers just that! Franz Dander is not only the owner, but also the Head Chef and he takes great delight in ensuring he offers his customers the best of tyrolean and international dishes. A candlelight dinner is organized every Tuesday, (only in winter)
