Franz Dander is not only the owner, but also the Head Chef and he takes great delight in ensuring he offers his customers the best of tyrolean and international dishes. A candlelight dinner is organized every Tuesday, (only in winter)
where local cuisine and mouth watering desserts are served; this fine cuisine can be even more enjoyed in the cosy and alpine style dining room, where in front of the burning log fire, you can also appreciate some of South Tyrols’ finest wines.
